Imagine being able to combat the danger in the rise of the sea levels with a building concept that preserves an eco-system. The planners MVRDV with the foundation Holland World Fairs, The Hague NL, had exactly this in mind and designed a reproductive landscape. On six floors, an eco-system representing the Dutch landscape was put in place. The building functions from the top down, with the intention of highlighting the Netherland’s position mostly below sea level.
